As we continue to develop this product offering. We are becoming even more convinced that for most businesses the greatest challanges come from inside the business not from outside. So we are creating an inwardly directed assessment that can help identify things we can actually control. Novel thought, Focus attention on things we can work on and spend less time stressing over things that happen to us.

Now is the time to get going, we are the economy, Lead, Follow or move over and watch others get there first.

Is your organization best in the world at reacting to problems, or is it best in world at avoiding problems? 

Better question, do you reward people who save the day or do you reward people who make it look easy?
